Social Media Expansion Pack: Summer/Fall 2021
Social media posts are a powerful way for your organization to amplify messages about the connection between forests and health, and they have been the most popular assets in the Forests Make Us Healthier toolkit. That’s why we are pleased to present a Social Media Expansion Pack with new, evergreen assets that build on the original Social Media Starter Pack, launched in 2020.
The expansion pack includes finished artwork, suggested copy in English and Spanish, and the source images if you’d rather make your own resources. Be sure to include the photo credits provided if you create your own posts, and please use the #StandUpForForests hashtag in the copy every time you post so that we can track usage.
About the Campaign
The new assets will help you make the most of the summer and fall months by encouraging your followers to spend time outdoors and appreciate the value of forests and green spaces. The August Social Media pack includes everything you need to create posts for Facebook and Instagram, including images, captions and instructions.
Health Outdoors
From June to September, connect with people of all ages who can benefit from increased outdoor activity. Use these social media assets to educate people about the health benefits of getting outside in green spaces and forests, while encouraging them to set goals to increase their time outdoors. This campaign launches on June 1 and will continue into September.
